1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Twitter AI Reader ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Twitter AI Reader is a web-based SaaS platform that provides:

  • Real-time translation of Twitter/X content
  • AI-powered summarization and analysis
  • Comment highlights and user insights
  • Daily digest and advanced Pro features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must register with a valid email address to use certain features.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for activities under your account and must promptly notify unauthorized access.

3.3 API Keys (BYOK)

  • You provide and manage your own API keys (OpenAI, Twitter/X, etc.)
  • You bear all third-party API usage costs
  • Your API usage must comply with each provider's terms

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Free Plan

Free Plan includes limited usage and features.

4.2 Pro Plan

Pro Plan is currently offered at $12 per billing cycle (monthly) or $99 per billing cycle (annual).

4.3 Auto-Renewal Authorization

By purchasing a paid subscription, you expressly authorize recurring charges through Paddle on each billing cycle (monthly or annual) until cancellation. The applicable amount and billing cycle are shown at checkout before payment.

4.4 Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no future renewal charges will be made after cancellation.

4.5 Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights under applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including unlawful use, harmful content distribution, or unauthorized system access.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and related content are owned by Twitter AI Reader and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party APIs and platforms. We are not responsible for third-party service changes, suspensions, policy updates, or billing disputes between you and those providers.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 As-Is Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9.2 AI Outputs

AI-generated content may be inaccurate and is for informational purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before a claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or product reasons. For material changes, we will provide notice (such as email or in-app notice) at least 7 days before effectiveness, unless immediate change is required by law or security risk.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for cause (including breach, abuse, fraud, or security risks). For no-cause termination, where practicable we will provide reasonable prior notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with:

  • For users in mainland China: the laws of the People's Republic of China
  • For users in other regions: the laws of the user's jurisdiction
  • In cases of uncertain jurisdiction: international commercial customs

This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable laws in your place of residence.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails:

  • Users in mainland China: may file a lawsuit in the competent People's Court where the service provider is located
  • Users in other regions: may file a lawsuit in a court of competent jurisdiction in their location

This does not limit your right to assert statutory rights before competent authorities or courts under applicable consumer protection laws.

16. Language

These Terms may be provided in multiple languages. In case of any inconsistency, the English version shall prevail, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
