Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Twitter AI Reader subscriptions processed by Twitter AI Reader through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Because Paddle acts as the reseller of our products, all billing, refunds, and payment disputes are ultimately handled under Paddle's Consumer Terms, which take precedence over any conflicting terms in this policy.

1. Subscription Billing and Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically by billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless canceled. By completing checkout, you authorize recurring charges through Paddle until cancellation.

You may cancel anytime from Billing before the next renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Pro access continues until then.

2. Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed at our discretion, consistent with Paddle's refund policies. We aim to resolve all requests fairly.

As a general guideline, we will consider refund requests for:

  • First-time Pro subscribers requesting within 14 calendar days of initial purchase
  • Service outages or severe unresolved technical issues attributable to our platform
  • Duplicate billing or accidental charges

Refund requests may be declined in cases of evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.

3. Consumer Right to Cancel (EU / UK)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, subject to the conditions described in Paddle's Consumer Terms. This statutory right is in addition to, and not limited by, our commercial refund guidelines above.

4. Third-Party API Costs (BYOK)

Costs charged by third-party API providers (OpenAI, Twitter/X, TikHub, etc.) are not collected by us and are not refundable by us. Please contact the respective providers directly.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact support before opening a chargeback so we can attempt resolution first. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in temporary account restriction while the dispute is investigated.

6. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email formiopa+twitter-support@gmail.com from your registered email address
  2. Include your purchase date, account email, order reference (if available), and a brief description
  3. We will respond within 2 business days; approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days

7. Language

This Policy may be provided in multiple languages. In case of conflict, the English version prevails unless applicable law requires otherwise.
